Ireland IPTV Setup Guide for Beginners

If you have never used IPTV before, it can sound technical. It isn't. Ireland IPTV is simply live TV delivered over your broadband instead of a satellite dish or cable. If your home has internet that can stream Netflix, it can run Ireland IPTV. This guide takes you from zero to watching in about 10 minutes.

What you need

Three things: a broadband connection of roughly 10 Mbps or more, a device to watch on (a Firestick, a Smart TV, an Android box, a phone or a PC), and an Ireland IPTV subscription. You do not need a dish, an engineer visit or a new TV.

Step 1: Choose your plan

Every plan includes the same thing: 36,000+ live channels, all the sport, 248K movies and series, 4K and 8K, and catch-up. The only difference is how long it lasts: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The 12-month plan is the best value at €59.99, while the 1-month plan at €14.99 is a good way to try it.

Step 2: Get your login

Order on WhatsApp and your login is usually ready within 5-7 minutes. It contains three details: a username, a password and a server URL. Keep this message safe; you will use the same details on every device.

Step 3: Install a player app

Ireland IPTV works inside an IPTV player app. On Android, iPhone and Smart TVs you install it from the normal app store. On a Firestick you install it with the free Downloader app. Your welcome email names the recommended player for each device.

Step 4: Log in

Open the player and choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”. Type in your username, password and server URL exactly as they appear in your email. Capital letters matter, so copy them carefully.

Step 5: Find your channels

Once the content loads, open Live TV. Channels are sorted into categories such as Ireland, UK, Sports, Movies and Kids. Add your favourites with a long press so they appear at the top next time.

Tips for a smooth picture

Connect your device to the router with a cable if possible. If you use Wi-Fi, choose the 5 GHz network and keep the router close. Restarting your router once a week also helps. If a channel ever buffers, message support and we will check it for you.
