Step 1: Install the Downloader app

1. From the Firestick home screen, go to Find, then Search.
2. Type “Downloader” and select the orange Downloader app.
3. Press Get or Download and wait for it to install.

Step 2: Turn on Developer options

Newer Firesticks hide the Developer options menu. You only need to unlock it once.

1. Go to Settings, then My Fire TV.
2. If you do not see Developer options, choose About, highlight your Fire TV Stick name and press the select button seven times. A message confirms you are now a developer.
3. Go back to My Fire TV and open Developer options.
4. Choose Install unknown apps and switch Downloader to On.

This setting simply allows Downloader to install apps that do not come from the Amazon store. Only install apps from sources you trust, such as the link in your Ireland IPTV welcome email.

Step 3: Install the IPTV player

1. Open Downloader and allow it to access files if asked.
2. In the URL box, type the player link or code from your welcome email and press Go.
3. When the download finishes, press Install.
4. When it says App installed, press Done, then Delete to remove the install file and save space.

Step 4: Log in to Ireland IPTV

1. Open the player app from Your Apps & Channels.
2. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API (or Add playlist, then Xtream Codes).

Channels buffer or freeze

In the player's settings, switch the video player between the built-in and external options, or change the audio output to Stereo.

The remote does not respond
