Our service

Ireland IPTV provides access to live TV channels, movies, series and catch-up over your internet connection. Channel lists and content can change from time to time without notice, as they depend on third-party broadcasters.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are sold for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on our pricing page.
• You pay once for the full period. There is no contract and no automatic renewal.
• Your subscription starts when your login details are sent to you, usually within 5-7 minutes of payment.
• Prices are in euro and may change, but a change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.

Your account

• Your login is for your personal, household use only.
• Each subscription covers one stream at a time unless you have bought extra connections.
• You must not share, resell or publicly distribute your login details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, not to record or rebroadcast content for commercial use, and not to try to disrupt, copy or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend or cancel accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Equipment and internet

You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your internet provider or your home network, but our support team will always try to help.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running 24/7, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Short outages for maintenance or reasons outside our control may happen.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ireland IPTV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
